My Little Fishy

So we finally took Sydney swimming. She loved it.
These pictures are from her second time because Houston took her by HIMSELF the first time.

Here Comes the Bride

I'M GETTING MARRIED!!! Okay I am a little bit excited about this. I lied, I am totally beyond words excited. The only thing is I have no idea how to start planning a wedding. I have to make sure both sides of our families can actually make it to the wedding. Hopefully I will have a date set soon so I can start.

It was so cute how Houston proposed to me. It was Christmas night and we were going to my mom's house. Instead of pulling into my mom's driveway be parked in front of my neighbors house across the street and told me to get out because there was something he wanted to show me. Then he asked me if I remembered why this spot was special to us and I was like duh, its where we had our first kiss. He said ya it is and it was where everything started for us and this is where I want it to all start again. At this time I was crying. He got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. I thought about for a couple of minutes and then said YES. jokes. I said yes right away and told him to get up because it was snowing and cold. lol. We stood there hugging for a minute and then went into my mom's. I thought he did it perfect.

And now for my ring! haha. I love it and it is one of a kind. We picked it out together and got it custom made in Waterton at Lost Art Jewelry, this guys is amazing. If you go to Waterton in the summer go and check out his shop, its right beside Subway. I promise you won't be disapointed.

FIVE MONTHS ALREADY!

So I know I haven't wrote anything lately, but I promise I have been really busy. I am not to sure with what but it seems like I just forget to blog.... I am not to sure why I started one if I am just going to neglect is like this. I will try better.
Any who that is not important, SYDNEY is the important one. She is getting FAT, lol well not really but she is getting to be a little chunky monkey. Its so cute to see, she has the chubbiest little legs and they just keep getting bigger. OH ya and she will be FIVE months old next tuesday. Man time has gone by fast, but at the same time I don't really mind because she is growing up and becoming the cutest little girl ever.
She rolled from her back to her tummy on November 27th. But now she won't roll back over. She already knows how because she did it for the first time on October 27th. I know weird it was exactly one month apart.
She is so smiley too. You just talk to her and she smiles. It melts my heart to see it.

My cutie pie playing with her toes.

This is a bad picture of me but look at my baby's poor cowlicks, not one but TWO right in the front. She is going to hate that when she grows up.

To go along with her Cowlicks is this sweet bald spot. Its really funny cuz they hair on the sides is like Two inches long.

Sydney's new way of sleeping. She is always covering her face with the blankets.

Oh so when I was pregnant my brother, Matthew, bought Sydney a little dirt bike. I am so excited for her to be big enough to ride it. I am thinking that when she masters walking pretty good I can then put her on the dirt bike. Hahaha. I think my mom would KILL me. She is already so excited to start riding. She plays with her little dirt bike all the time!

I thought this one was so cute! She is really starting to enjoy this toy.

Sydney is THREE months Old!

So on October 30th Sydney was three months old! I can't believe how fast time is going by, but I am actually happy that it is going by fast. Sydney changes so much everyday that when I put her to bed at night I can't wait to wake her up in the morning and she was surprises she has in store for me that day.

Sydney LOVES to sit in her bumbo. I don't know what I would so with out it. She hates just laying on the floor and always trys to sit up, but of course she can't do it yet. So all I have to say is Thank goodness for the Bumbo.

On Monday, which was the 27, she rolled over from her tummy to her back. I was so excited to see her do this and even more excited because Houston was home to see it too! Now when I want to show people that she can actually do it she won't perform for me. What a surprise!

Sydney's cousin Brooklynn loves her. Brooklynn is always so interested in was Sydney is doing. If Sydney is just laying down Brooklynn will try and put her Soother in her mouth for her. Its the cutest thing. I can't wait till Sydney is old enough to actually play with Brooklynn.

Yesterday I bought her a jolly jumper and my mom and I decided to try it out. I had her all strapped in. I told my mom to hold her and we picked Sydney off of the ground and she swung around. Her feet went in the air and her head was almost touching the floor. Its a good think I had her strapped in properly or my poor baby would have had a big goose egg. No was said my mom was to smart! She was holding the bar up at the top instead of holding Sydney.

For Halloween Sydney was a COW!! I am pretty sure that she was the
cutest COW around.

July 30, 2008

Well I thought I should tell the story on how are sweet little girl entered the world.
July 29th was just a normal day. I decided to go out for lunch and to the pool with Aase, Brooklynn and Nicole and Hendrix. I had a pretty good day. When I got home Houston went dirtebiking and I decided to go for a walk because I wanted this baby to get out of me. haha I know I still had a week before my due date so I wasn't really expecting anything to happen. I went for a walk to get a movie. When I came back I was pretty tired and my back hurt so I had a long bath. Afterwards I watched my movie and then when it was over I heard Houston come in the door. A couple minutes later I hurt a pop and decided to head to the toilet and sure enough my water had broke. It was around 11:30pm. I phoned my mom and told her my water broke and she said I should head to the hospital soon. I didn't want to go to the hospital to early because every one says not to. Houston came inside had a shower and then we were off. At around 12:30am we got to the hospital. My mom was there shortly after we were and she brought Emily.
The nurse checked me out and I was already 6cm, whichI thought was really good. My contractions were really strong and close together so soon that the baby's heart rate was jumping up and down so they gave me some morphine to slow down the contractions. At 2:30am I started pushing and by 2:59am our sweet little angel arrived.
We named her Sydney Michelle Woolf. She weighed 7lbs. 1oz. and was 19 3/4 inches long. They said she was a prefect baby, which was exactly what I wanted to hear. She was so cute with her dark brown hair and dark blue eyes. She had really long fingers and pretty big feet. She was just so cute and perfect!
I would have to say I was pretty proud of myself for not having an epidural. Yeah me!! haha. I was also pretty darn happy the I was only in labor for 3 1/2 hours. Everyone gave me the horror stories about labor and I was kind of scared of having a freaking 12 hour labor of something like that. Thank goodness it wasn't long.
