Wow!

Ok so March wasn't a good month for blogging for me! I just never get the time to come downstairs and blog. Whenever Jackson is awake I can't go to far away from him because he starts to cry if he can't hear me or see me! Its too cold for him to come down here with me! When he is having a nap I am giving Sydney her time or she is napping and I try to clean or nap myself! So blogging is on the back burner. I rather take care of my family then anything else.

Sydney is just growing up so much. She just play with her imaginary friends and cant play by herself for hours! She is talking so well and is always asking what words mean! She is learning what letter start with what words. She sings all the time and just makes up words to songs when she doesn't know them. She loves to play with Jackson but get frustrated with him sometimes when he doesn't do what she wants. Yesterday Houston told her "Your mommy's hot" and Syd tell him "its because she went in hot water dad" . Pretty smart one there. Later that night she was outside and I told her her hands were cold and she says to me " thats because I got them from the freezer" . She just makes me laugh everyday with what comes out of her mouth. She hates napping and going to bed but once she is asleep she sleeps really well. She just doesn't like to miss out on what is happening. She likes organizing her toys/ shoes/ whatever she is playing with into colors or shapes or just the sames kind of toys. She kind of had OCD I would say. Its cute though and keeps her mind working!

Just one of many Pictures of Sydney organizing things!

My cute little motocross boy!

Jackson is just getting big! He is 6 months now and loves to eat baby cereals but hate veggies. I have try a few different ones and he won't eat any of them. I tried mixing them with the baby cereal and he still won't eat them. If anyone knows any tricks for a picky eater please help. I never had a problem with Syd. She loved everything. He is rolling over from his back to his tummy now. After that he usually cries because his hands are stuck underneath him and he can't do anything. Every once in awhile he will roll back over to his back. Its nice to have a 6 month old that isn't getting into everything already. It really is true that boys progress slower then girls and I love it! He is a great sleeper at night and goes to bed around 9 and doesn't wake up any earlier then 830 and sometimes sleeps till 10. He knows his momma likes her sleep!

Well thats an update of the kids. Houston has being trying to keep busy at work but with the ground being so wet he doesn't have much to do. So I hope it dries up soon so we won't be broke anymore! haha. I am trying to get into shape. I started running last week and and going to try and go every other day when its warm out because the only time I can go is at night and I don't want to freeze my but off. Tonight I am going to try out aquafit! I just want to be back in shape and be happy with my body again! One day maybe!

Another Birthday Has Gone By But Your Never Gone From My Heart

Still to this day I can't believe that my Great Grandma Hall is gone. I just think oh I'll just go down to the hospital and see her, but then I remember She isn't around anymore. I am just so grateful so have known such an amazing lady. I am pretty sure anyone of my friends that knew her would say the same thing!

Happy Birthday Grandma!! I love and miss you everyday and will never forget all the amazing things you have taught me!

February 17,2007

There isn't a day that has gone by that I don't think about February 17,2007. It was one of the worst days of my life. Someone really dear to me was sent up to heaven that day! I know she wasn't related to me or that I only knew her for a short time. But I am really glad that she came into my life when she did. She was such an inspiration to me in so many ways. She taught me life long lessons and how to be a stronger person. She has a beautiful little daughter that will be able to carry on her compassion for others!
I miss you Shonna and I know one day I will be able to see you again and thanks you for everything you have done! xoxo

Skating

So I was finally able to take Sydney skating for the first time. She loved it, until her bum got to sore from falling down a few times. She actually did really well for her first time out. She was able to take about 10 steps on her own before falling and did that about 4 or 5 times before she had had enough. When we were down I asked her if she wanted to go again and she said yes. So thats good that the falling didn't scare her. I have been sick all this week so I wasn't able to take her, but I am hoping to be feeling better so that I can take her every week.
